About The Position
Byrider is growing! This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience. We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Finance Manager to lead finance/collections operations of a high-performing branch.
Requirements
- Consumer finance/collections leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Subprime lending experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health
- Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs
- Forecast performance metrics
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain compliance with company policies and standards
- Conduct interviews for potential finance employees
