About The Position

Byrider is a growing national consumer finance company with new ownership, offering a career opportunity for a Collections Manager (Consumer Finance) or Branch Finance Manager. This role involves managing a collections portfolio, leading a team, and overseeing underwriting efforts for the assigned branch, while ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance.

Requirements

• First-party consumer collections management
• Subprime experience is a plus
• Computer proficiency
• Customer service focus
• Leadership ability

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
• Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
• Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
• Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
