About The Position

EnsembleIQ is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our financial health by managing collections across multiple brands within our portfolio. We are looking for a professional who balances persistence with a commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring that our payment cycles remain efficient while our client relationships stay strong.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of corporate collections experience with a solid understanding of standard collection procedures.
  • Proven ability to maintain meticulous records and demonstrate high levels of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues to various levels of management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize a diverse workload to drive measurable payment improvements.
  • A dedicated team player who enjoys working across different departments to reach common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage automated email distributions for routine follow-ups and personally outreach to customers with past-due invoices to resolve payment barriers.
  • Work strategically to reduce average days-to-pay and minimize the volume of past-due accounts.
  • Identify and escalate non-paying accounts to the appropriate internal parties when necessary.
  • Utilize PDF editors to make formatting adjustments to invoices and upload documents to various customer portals.
  • Handle customer file maintenance, complete new vendor forms, and follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
  • Provide high-quality service to both external customers and internal EnsembleIQ team members to support the broader Accounts Receivable department.
