About The Position

KONE is a global leader in elevators, escalators, and automatic building doors, dedicated to improving urban life through innovative solutions. We are seeking a Collections Associate to support our Pacific District. This role involves performing various credit collection tasks, including initial customer contact, requesting follow-ups, and recording disputes. The Associate will coordinate with appropriate parties to facilitate dispute resolution. This position offers a hybrid schedule after training and can be based in San Francisco, San Leandro, or Costa Mesa.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• Ability to document status updates/details to present to stakeholders.
• Tenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion.

Nice To Haves

• Background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end.
• Proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to branch operations.
