About The Position

KONE is seeking a Collections Associate to support their Pacific District operations. This role involves performing various credit collection tasks, including initial customer contact, requesting action, following up, and recording disputes. The Collections Associate will also coordinate with appropriate parties to facilitate dispute resolution. The position offers a hybrid work schedule after initial training and can be based out of San Francisco, San Leandro, or Costa Mesa branches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• Tenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion.
• Successful documentation of status updates/details to present to stakeholders.
• Associates degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end.
• Appetite for learning an exciting and new field.
