About The Position

KONE is seeking a Collections Associate to support their New York Metro District, specifically covering all five boroughs of New York City and collections in New Jersey. This role will be based out of the Manhattan office and will transition to a hybrid schedule after the initial training period. The Collections Associate will be responsible for performing various credit collection tasks for branch operations, including initial customer contact, requesting appropriate action and follow-up, and recording and facilitating disputes by coordinating with relevant parties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise.
• Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
• Tenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion.
• Experience in documenting status updates/details to present to stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end.
• Associate's degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience.
