Requirements
- Experience in collections, billing, accounts receivable, or a related field
- Strong ability to interpret contracts, agreements, and insurance documents
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and customer‑centric
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with and leveraging AI tools in daily workflows
- A self‑starter who excels independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
Nice To Haves
- ServiceTitan experience is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with refund processing is even better
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret vendor contracts, bill‑to agreements, and insurance documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Manage the collections process with professionalism, persistence, and a customer‑focused approach
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances, payment plans, and account discrepancies
- Process refunds in ServiceTitan with precision and timeliness
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate account records
- Contribute to improving collections workflows, documentation, and overall efficiency
