About The Position
This is an entry-level position responsible for conducting audits of departmental practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The role involves reviewing the adequacy of internal controls and evaluating program efficiency and effectiveness. The Collections Analyst I will also assist the Systems Administrator and Systems Supervisor in customizing tax software and other third-party products to meet departmental needs. Additionally, the position provides basic support and routine training to Collections employees.
Requirements
- Must submit to and pass a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
- One year of experience in analytics, computer science, technology, or related field.
