Requirements
- Must submit to and pass a background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
- One year of experience in analytics, computer science, technology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for entry level work, including conducting audits of departmental practices to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assists with reviewing the adequacy of internal controls and evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assists the Systems Administrator and Systems Supervisor in customizing tax software and other third-party products provided by County vendors to meet the various needs and requirements of the department.
- Provides basic support and routine training to all Collections employees when appropriate.
