Join our team as a Collections Agent, where you’ll help customers manage early-stage delinquent auto accounts and provide payment solutions that make a real impact. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for Car/Van accounts 1-30 days past due, assisting customers with understanding balances, resolving issues, and making timely payments. You will also support escalated or higher-delinquency accounts as needed, review contracts and account details for accuracy and compliance, and update account information, validate payments, generate payoff quotes, and review related charges. The position requires partnering with internal and external teams while meeting service levels and quality standards.
