Requirements

At least six months working in a service or sales environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and use effective time management
Ability to communicate written and verbally in both Spanish and English
Computer skills
Must be 18 years of age
Must have GED or High School Diploma
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Handle Spanish-language mainly inbound calls from people looking to purchase auto insurance.
Deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers.
Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency.
Process orders.
