Responsibilities

  • Reviews and responds to internal and external correspondence via email; and assists in handling collection calls
  • Researches and responds to Direct and E-oscar credit disputes
  • Completes incoming check handling and invoices; prepares, processes, and notates system
  • Updates risk rating and reserves reports for loans as needed including SFN serviced mortgages
  • Maintains share drive folders. Collects, scans, and removes folders as necessary for a variety of subjects.
  • Acts as a point of contact for all items related to bankruptcy, collaboration with management and informs of updates as needed.
  • May attend court on behalf of the Credit Union on cases specific to Bankruptcy.
  • Supports charge off reporting, external agency portfolio, inquiries, reversals, and payments
  • Assists with gathering documentation specific to repo and workout request
  • Collaborates with management for all month end reporting and updates, and pipeline management in preparation for monthly analysis of portfolio performance
  • Collaborates with management of delinquent Real Estate Secured portfolio equity review, and recommendation for appropriate follow up and/or legal action as needed, such as demand notices and foreclosure complaints
  • Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and its members.
