About The Position

Utilizing standard procedures, executes standard collateral processing activities. May have specific responsibility for specialized product or functional area. Processes collateral activities, including perfections, continuations and releases, in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions and escalates appropriately. May interact with customers. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research. Provides feedback on workflow and work received. Reviews transactions and related documents. Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Responsibilities

  • Works with internal or external service partners to research and resolve corrections to home equity loan documentation.
  • Has the ability to analyze documents and requests.
  • Ability to work independently to handle branch or customer escalations and disputes while delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the PNC CARES model.
  • Must have the ability to communicate with branch partners, internal service partners and vendors to pro-actively pursue resolution of issues.
  • Manage a pipeline of loan applications, leveraging EMU tools for tasking while delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with the PNC CARES model.
  • Achieve performance metrics including booked unit goals, end-to-end cycle time and NPS targets.
  • Processes collateral activities, including perfections, continuations and releases, in accordance with established policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
