About The Position

Midi Health is a comprehensive virtual care clinic dedicated exclusively to women in midlife navigating perimenopause, menopause, and related health concerns. Our care model is led by highly trained Nurse Practitioners practicing at the top of their license, supported by modern technology and evidence-based protocols. This role is ideal for physicians who want to support access to care for women without providing direct clinical care or daily operational supervision. Midi Health is seeking licensed physicians in Mississippi and South Carolina to serve as Collaborating Physicians for our Nurse Practitioners. This role does NOT include direct patient care or daily operational supervision. The responsibility of this role is to fulfill the legal and administrative requirements of NP collaboration agreements in applicable states.

Requirements

Board-Certified MD or DO
Active unrestricted, unencumbered medical license in SC or MS
Willingness to serve as a collaborating physician of record for Nurse Practitioners
Comfortable in a non-clinical, administrative role
Practice location in the state where you will serve as collaborating Physician (Mississippi or South Carolina)
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.

Nice To Haves

Agreement to cover at least 50% of collaborating physician slots in states where Midi operates

Responsibilities

Enter into Nurse Practitioner collaboration agreements as required by state law
Maintain active licensure in good standing for the duration of the agreement
Participate in state-specific administrative requirements, as applicable by state
Review 20 charts per month (Mississippi only)
Lead quarterly virtual meetings with collaborating NPs, held on the first Wednesday of the month (Mississippi only)
