About The Position

Midi Health is seeking board-certified physicians licensed in Mississippi or South Carolina to serve as collaborating physicians for its Nurse Practitioners. This is a non-clinical role focused on fulfilling legal and administrative requirements for NP collaboration agreements; it does not involve direct patient care or daily operational supervision. The role is asynchronous and remote-friendly, and can be performed alongside other professional work. Physicians must have a practice location in the state where they serve and maintain active licensure and required documentation throughout the agreement. State-specific duties differ: Mississippi physicians review 20 charts per month and lead quarterly virtual meetings with collaborating NPs, while South Carolina physicians have no meeting or chart-review requirement. Compensation is paid monthly per FTE: $300 per FTE per month in South Carolina and $200 per FTE per month in Mississippi. Training is paid. The role is a 1099 contract position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
