About The Position
Klatch Coffee is a coffee roastery that sources coffee beans and roasts them for customers. The Cold Brewer/Warehouse employee performs a variety of warehouse duties, including brewing and packaging cold brew, stocking finished goods, pulling and shipping orders for different types of customers, and supporting consistent product quality and reliable deliveries.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong basic math skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience brewing coffee or beer is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Properly label products.
- Brew and package cold brew.
- Stock shelves and finished goods.
- Accurately pick and pack orders.
- Label, date, and price products as needed.
- Complete necessary paperwork for shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform end-of-day cleaning of equipment and the work area.
- Adhere to SQF and food safety policies.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
