About The Position

Brink’s U.S. is seeking a Coin Processor - Warehouse to perform coin accounting and processing at branch locations. The role helps keep commerce moving by accounting for coin transported to banks and businesses, verifying bank deposits, preparing shipments, and connecting money between locations. It requires attention to safety and security, accuracy in processing, and the ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Have data-entry skills.
• Have money-handling experience.
• Have customer-service experience.
• Be able to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banking or professional finance experience.
• Previous experience working with machinery.
• Military background.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, the vault, and liability at all times.
• Process, verify, and reconcile inbound and outbound currency transactions.
• Monitor production, detect and resolve malfunctions using necessary procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor coin-bin levels to maintain a constant coin supply during production.
• Complete preventative maintenance requirements and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Enter verification activity into logs as processed.
• Perform all other essential and assigned job functions.
