About The Position

As a member of the Cog Railway Team, the Parking Lot Attendant conducts systematic and orderly filling of the parking lots. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

Answers questions from guests and members of the public regarding train operation, parking, and the locale.
Addresses guest issues and complaints and directs guests with complaints to the appropriate department or manager.
Contacts bus drivers upon arrival to direct them through bus turnaround loop.
Monitors parking areas for unauthorized vehicles. Takes appropriate action (warning, booting, or towing), or escalates to the parking supervisor.
Directs guests with mobility issues to appropriate parking areas and aids guests in reaching the depot and boarding their appropriate trains.
Performs specific yard and grounds clean-up and other projects as directed.
Work at entrance to Ruxton Ave. to allow only authorized vehicles up Ruxton Ave.
Must be dependable and able to work scheduled hours or extra hours as required.
Must be able to follow direction and implement tasks with little to no supervision.
Perform other duties as assigned.
