About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to provide safe, efficient, and courteous parking services. The ideal candidate will have prior parking experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to operate manual transmission vehicles while working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high traffic volume
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Previous valet or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (stick shift required)
• Manage vehicle flow to maximize parking efficiency
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests courteously
• Maintain awareness of safety procedures and company policies
• Work effectively during peak times and high-pressure situations
