About The Position

Partners Coffee is a small-batch roaster in Bushwick, New York, focused on sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee. We roast daily on Probat roasters out of a bright, spacious warehouse that's conveniently located near public transportation and filled with passionate people who care deeply about coffee. We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals to join our production team, helping fill and pack coffee and the other products we offer.

Requirements

• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Available to work between 30 - 40 hours per week.
• Availability on at least one weekend day.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Standing for up to 10 hours per day.
• Walking throughout the facility.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds throughout the day.
• Climbing ladders and stairs.
• Ability to hear and perceive mechanical sound cues.
• Repetitive movements of the hands and wrists throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• Speaking Spanish.
• Experience in a warehouse setting.
• Background in coffee or food service.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Fill, bag, label, pick, pack, and ship coffee and other inventory to customers.
