This position involves providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service. The role includes training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Coffee Bar associates, maintaining performance standards, and supervising/participating in all Coffee Bar activities. The duties are normally conducted in a store environment. There will be exposure to cold temperatures (approximately 28 degrees Fahrenheit in the cooler and -20 degrees Fahrenheit in the freezer) when handling products. The role requires maintaining customer service levels and handling multiple priorities. The position involves the use of sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards. This is a fast-paced work environment where stressful situations may be encountered.
