About The Position

We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing, innovative specialty coffee distributor. You will be working in a showroom as well as assisting with web-chat and phone calls related to online inquiries or orders. An interest or love of coffee is an asset.

Requirements

  • A sales background which could be retail sales or inside sales in another context is key.
  • Interest in the coffee industry is important. If you do happen to be a coffee enthusiast, that is an asset.
  • A people person who brings energy, patience, and great conversation to every interaction.
  • You’re dependable, upbeat, and excited about helping others find their perfect coffee setup.
  • You want a long-term opportunity in a company with an amazing culture where your passion can turn into a career.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person—answering questions, recommending equipment, and guiding purchases.
  • Greet walk-in customers in our showroom, demo coffee machines, and create a welcoming, informative experience. Energy and presentation are important.
  • Handle in-store transactions (cash, debit, credit) with care and accuracy.
  • Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.
  • Support other departments when needed during busy times—you're a team player.
