About The Position

The Coffee Barista upholds the company’s high standard of service by helping guests with beverage and food orders. The role includes welcoming guests, entering orders at the register, processing payments, and preparing orders according to guest requests. The Barista is expected to know the products and beverage recipes, answer guest questions, and operate all machines in the coffee shop.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with beverage and food orders.
Enter guest orders into the register and tender payment.
Prepare beverage and food orders according to guest orders.
Maintain knowledge of product offerings and answer guest questions.
Operate all machines in the coffee shop and understand beverage recipes.
