About The Position

The Coffee Barista upholds the company’s high standard of service by assisting guests with beverage and food orders. The role includes greeting guests, entering orders into the register, processing payments, preparing orders according to guest requests, and answering questions about products. The barista is expected to operate all coffee shop machines and know and understand beverage recipes. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist them with beverage and food orders.
Enter guest orders into the register and tender payment.
Prepare beverage and food orders according to the guest’s order.
Know the product offerings and answer guests’ questions.
Operate all machines in the coffee shop.
Know and understand beverage recipes.
