This position is for an internal candidate to train as a Coffee Bar Manager. The role involves providing prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service, as well as training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating Coffee Bar associates. The manager will maintain performance standards and supervise/participate in all Coffee Bar activities. The duties are normally conducted in a store environment with exposure to cold temperatures in coolers and freezers. There is significant responsibility for maintaining customer service levels and handling multiple priorities. The position involves sharp knives and occasional exposure to dust, cleaning chemicals, and equipment movement hazards. It is a fast-paced work environment where stressful situations are encountered.
