The Coffee Bar Attendant is responsible for all aspects of coffee bar operations, including opening and closing duties, setting up and maintaining work areas, taking and preparing food and coffee beverage orders, and operating a cash register. Key responsibilities also include ensuring cleanliness of the coffee cart areas, tables, dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as managing cash transactions and completing cashier reports. The role requires adherence to company safety and security policies, maintaining a professional appearance, and providing exceptional guest service by welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating their needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities. The attendant is expected to communicate professionally, foster positive working relationships, and support team goals while upholding the quality standards of The Ritz-Carlton.
