About The Position
We’re looking for skilled and dependable coffee bar attendants to join a welcoming team at a local healthcare facility in Tyler. If you take pride in crafting great beverages and delivering excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity for you. Position Details: Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Schedule: Monday–Friday + every other weekend Pay Rate: $15/hour Perks: Weekly pay and opportunity to transition into a permanent role
Requirements
- Previous barista experience required
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work early morning shifts
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages with consistency and quality
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers with menu questions
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Support team operations and assist with additional duties as needed
