About The Position

As a Coffee Bar Attendant (described in the posting as a Barista), you provide food and drink service while creating memorable guest experiences and sharing Hilton’s hospitality. You prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, assist guests with menu questions, take and enter orders, and complete them promptly. You are also expected to follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn menu items and specials to assist guests and answer questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly and accurately.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
