About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. The role ensures high standards of quality and service while supporting marketing strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue and profitability. It also manages administrative and planning functions, implements cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses, and supports continuous improvement in the guest experience. The manager supervises, coaches, and develops team members and ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and marketing strategies that support profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions for the Food & Beverage department and implement controls for food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Support exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
