About The Position

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports daily operations of one or more dining outlets at Hilton Houston Post Oak by the Galleria. The role contributes to memorable guest experiences by assisting with guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting. It also supports guest satisfaction initiatives, consistent food presentation and cost controls, team development, and compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
Assist with developing and implementing guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls.
Assist in supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
