About The Position

As an on-call Cocktail Server at Beau Rivage, you will deliver signature drinks and attentive, seamless service to casino guests. You will connect with guests, anticipate their needs, and help create memorable experiences. The role requires working selected on-call shifts or days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Place orders, garnish cocktails, and serve drinks to guests.
• Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and available non-alcoholic selections.
• Know hotel services and features, as well as local attractions and activities, to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to shift assignment, including folding and stacking cocktail napkins; stocking swizzle sticks, straws, matches, and glassware; lining cocktail trays; restocking the supply cabinet; inspecting the cleanliness and condition of the assigned station and service areas; and correcting deficiencies.
