About The Position

Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing attentive, personalized beverage service in a fast-paced, upscale bar environment. This role requires strong product knowledge, efficiency, and a warm, professional demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18/21 years old (per Texas alcohol service laws)
• Valid TABC Certification required

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a cocktail server or in a high-volume bar/restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to upsell beverages
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service to guests in the bar area
• Take and accurately input drink and light food orders into the POS system
• Deliver beverages in a timely manner while ensuring quality presentation
• Maintain a strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and bar offerings
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a high level of personalized service
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Collaborate with bartenders and team members to ensure smooth operations
