About The Position

The Cocktail Server will provide beverage service in a manner which ensures excellent customer service and a professional environment resulting in increased customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma/GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must comply with all health codes and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of liquor and cocktail service.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must have and maintain an Alcohol Compliance or TIPS training.
• Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
• Alcohol Certification

Nice To Haves

• Previous cocktail service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of casino environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proper and professional cocktail service to all guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Promote and record orders for drinks, reciting selections of all “call”, and “premium” brands as requested, pass on order to Bartender, properly garnish and deliver to customer in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas.
• Maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes, preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer.
• Check identification of guests in order to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Greet guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
