About The Position

American Place Casino is seeking a friendly, attentive Cocktail Server to provide excellent guest service in a lively, fast-paced casino environment. The role involves greeting guests, taking and relaying beverage orders, delivering drinks promptly, processing payments, and maintaining knowledge of the bar’s offerings. Servers also stock and organize the cocktail server room, maintain cleanliness, and remain attentive to guest needs and safety. The position requires teamwork, multitasking, and flexibility to perform additional duties assigned by management. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain licenses or certifications required by local gaming regulations. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to carry and balance beverage trays, lift up to 25–30 pounds, stand for long periods, navigate crowded spaces, and bend and reach.
• Ability to adapt to casino conditions, including bright lights and noise.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses and/or certifications required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to upsell and recommend popular or high-margin drinks.

Responsibilities
