About The Position

This role involves exemplifying MCR's values through excellent guest service and professionalism. The Cocktail Server will practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort, while promoting positive guest relations. Responsibilities include serving beverages and food, stocking supplies, cleaning stations and gaming areas, assisting the bartender, and creating a positive work environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• A minimum of 6 (six) months’ experience in serving beverages required.
• Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Class 13 Alcohol Service Permit.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
• Ability to demonstrate exhibit intrinsic motivation and work ethics.
• Ability to work efficiently and productively within a team.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits.

• Other duties as assigned.
