Cocktail Server - S Bar
About The Position
A Model Cocktail Server at S Bar is responsible for supporting hosts and servers in the lounge and helping ensure seamless service. S Bar is a craft-cocktail lounge at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, combining cocktail experiences with a lush lounge ambience. The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume club atmosphere and maintaining a composed, professional demeanor while responding to server and guest needs. The position requires working on your feet for the duration of the shift, including the ability to stand or walk for at least eight hours. Work may take place indoors or outdoors throughout the year, depending on business needs. Scheduling is flexible and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements
- Perform tasks accurately, quickly, and with attention to detail.

- Have at least conversational Spanish.

Responsibilities
- Clean menus as required throughout the shift.
- Observe tables and note which are dirty, clean, or occupied.
- Support servers by refilling beverages and water, processing payments, and running food to tables.
- Assist servers with resetting and bussing tables.
- Inform management as quickly as possible when guests are unhappy with the service.
- Maintain a composed, professional, and calm attitude.
- Work quickly and anticipate server and guest needs in a club atmosphere.
