Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and move quickly in a busy environment
• Cash-handling and basic math skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Must obtain required TABC/alcohol-server license within the first 30 days of employment

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and common drink types preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Present beverage menus and answer guest questions
• Take and record drink orders accurately
• Verify legal drinking age by checking IDs
• Serve beverages and other available items to guests
• Upsell drinks, snacks, and other menu items
• Respond promptly to guest requests
• Process payments and handle cash accurately
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service procedures
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow company standards for safety, service, and professionalism
• Report concerns or misconduct to management as needed
