About The Position

Varsity Pins at The City Forum is hiring part-time Lane Hosts to join their team in Clarksville, TN. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, outgoing, and enjoys ensuring guests have a fun and smooth experience. Lane Hosts are responsible for setting up guests for bowling, maintaining lane area cleanliness, assisting with shoe and lane setup, processing transactions, and providing excellent service throughout their shifts. The position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professionalism and dependability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Bowling operations or reservation system experience preferred.
• POS and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional, and responsive service.
• Help guests select bowling packages and bowling shoes.
• Assist with bowling lane setup.
• Help guests choose bowling balls when needed.
• Operate the register and process transactions.
• Help manage guest questions and lane needs during their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bowling area, including tables, counters, chairs, and floors.
• Clean bowling lanes, gutters, and ball return areas.
• Work with the team to keep the guest experience smooth, organized, and fun.
