About The Position

As a Cocktail Server at the Knox, you will expedite guests' drink orders while providing outstanding beverage and bus service. You will stay attentive to customer needs, ensure timely service, and create a welcoming atmosphere while meeting the lounge’s hospitality and professionalism standards. Engaging with guests and providing personalized service will contribute to their experience. The position pays a starting rate of $9.50 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station.
• Perform in comedy acts, photo shoots, and other marketing events to develop and market the brand, including activities outside the venue.
• Collect money and follow cash-handling and comp procedures.
• Develop a personal clientele list.
• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes according to established standards.
• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority; refer other matters to management and notify a supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
