About The Position

The Production Supervisor supervises manufacturing operations in an assigned department by implementing strategies that guide the department toward business results. The role focuses on working with department leadership and employees to achieve production and quality goals while maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive work attitude and ability to hold others accountable for their actions, behaviors, and attitudes.
• 3–5 years of progressive management, supervisor, or lead experience; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with manufacturing and office-based technology systems, including ERP and Microsoft programs.
