About The Position

The Coat Check Attendant is the guests’ first impression. They greet guests promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact and a smile. The Coat Check Attendant must be familiar with the event, guests and have a great sense of organization and urgency. They must be confident in moving at a fast pace and prioritizing guest satisfaction and comfort.

Requirements

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English.
• Continuous standing for the majority of the shift.
• Confident, outgoing personality.
• Can-do approach to any request.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Possess legal work authorization in Canada.

Nice To Haves

• Previous host or coat check attendant experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation.
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• Additional language.
• Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field.
• Smart Serve Certification.
