About The Position

Soccer Shots is the leader in youth soccer development. Our innovative curriculum introduces children (ages 2-8) to soccer while emphasizing character development. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve. The Coaching Coordinator manages our coaching staff and master schedule. This role balances on-field leadership with administrative coordination, ensuring our coaches are highly trained, properly scheduled, and consistently evaluated to maintain our high program standards.

Requirements

Available for weeknights or weekdays and Saturdays when programs run.
Willingness to assist other departments when needed.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for daily dialogue with coaches, parents, and site directors.
Passion for youth development and sports.

Responsibilities

Lead 15 to 25 high-level soccer sessions per week based on business needs.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on-field performance.
Monitor Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and share feedback with coaches to drive professional growth.
Create, manage, and optimize the master coaching schedule across all territories.
Coordinate weekly staffing, approve payroll hours, manage time-off requests, and submit regional invoices.
Handle weather cancellations, schedule changes, and timely reschedules with coaches, parents, and directors.
Maintain weekly communication with coaches regarding curriculum updates, attendance tracking, and season start dates.
Maintain and distribute coaching equipment, prizes, and certificates.
Assist with distributing registration marketing materials, hanging posters, and representing Soccer Shots at community events.
