The company's mission is to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.” Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8, focusing on developing soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyles, and character growth. Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials
• Managing equipment preparation, distribution, and inventory
• Communicating and understanding all staff schedules and office calendar
• Hire and train coaches
• Run coaching meetings and team events
• Coach connections
• Coaching sessions
• Delivering Gift/Documents to schools
• Assisting in scheduling coaches for sessions and continued training
