The Coaching and Compliance Manager is a vital member of the Coaching and Compliance team, responsible for onboarding, mentoring, and providing ongoing coaching and professional development support to Community Association Managers (CAMs), Assistant Managers, and other team members throughout the organization. This position also plays a key role in promoting operational excellence by supporting compliance initiatives, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, conducting audits and reviews, monitoring adherence to company standards, and assisting with process improvement efforts across departments. The Coaching and Compliance Manager ensures the success of team members by providing ongoing coaching, support, and training while fostering a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
