About The Position
Post University is seeking a dynamic Manager of Career Coaching to lead career coaching initiatives for its diverse student and alumni population, primarily working adults advancing or changing careers. In this highly hands-on role, the Manager will lead a team of Career Coaches, drive student engagement, and deliver impactful coaching, programming, and career readiness initiatives that help students confidently achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in career development, higher ed, HR, or related field
- Experience coaching or advising students or adult learners
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for helping students build confidence and achieve career success
Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and develop a team of Career Coaches and Peer Career Coaches.
- Deliver personalized career coaching (resume, interviews, job search, career transitions).
- Design and lead workshops, outreach campaigns, and career programs.
- Partner with faculty and campus teams to embed career readiness into the student experience.
- Drive engagement with career tools and track program outcomes.
