About The Position

Natomas High School is hiring coaches for the 2026–2027 school year for the Girl's Varsity Assistant Basketball Coach and Girl's JV Head Basketball Coach positions. Coaches must meet the stated experience and skill requirements and complete all required certificates and materials before coaching can begin. Candidates must also successfully complete an interview and reference check. Three references are required, including the most recent supervisor. Applications must include a letter of introduction stating the position sought, three current letters of recommendation, and a resume listing all coaching experience and the current or most recent employer. Requirements

At least 2 years of coaching experience.
Organizational skills.
Ability to communicate with high school-level students.
Ability to teach skills and drills at the designated school level.
Ability to work well with others.
CPR/First Aid card.
Current TB test.
Fingerprinting required by the District.
Successful interview and reference check.
Three references, including the most recent supervisor.
Submit all certificates and required materials before coaching begins.

Responsibilities
