About The Position
Ednovate is hiring a Cross Country Coach to develop and implement a rigorous, high-quality athletic program. The coach travels to and supervises team games, performances, and practices; ensures student safety; communicates openly with families and community members; and models Ednovate’s values and mission. The role is part of an organization focused on providing tuition-free, high-performing public college-preparatory education and creating positive change across Southern California.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Demonstrated success as a coach is required.
- Passion for increasing college attainment for historically underrepresented students.
- Commitment to promoting educational opportunity for all students and families.
- Ability to thrive in a workplace characterized by autonomy, flexibility, transparency, and accountability.
- Ability to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds, support teammates, and engage in healthy debate and feedback.
- Resourcefulness, persistence, and a growth mindset, including a commitment to mastering the craft and improving results.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
