About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking dependable Co-Packing Associates for a manufacturing team packaging feminine hygiene products. This light industrial role is performed in a clean, team-oriented production environment and focuses on quality, accuracy, and efficiency. The schedule is 8:00 AM–8:00 PM on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, and the pay rate is $16.50 per hour. The position is located in Statesville, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Package feminine hygiene products according to customer specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
• Assemble retail packaging and prepare products for shipment.
• Label, seal, and pack finished products into boxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
