Requirements

  • You’re currently enrolled in a Post-Secondary Co-op Program in Accounting, Business, or Finance and eligible to work for an 8-month consecutive work term from September 2026 until April 2027.
  • Interested in pursuing a professional accounting designation (CPA).
  • Strong client/customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CaseWare and TaxPrep is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and accompanying notes.
  • Work as part of an assurance team to support audit and review engagements.
  • Prepare tax returns, including T1, T2, T3, and other required filings.
  • Manage tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
  • Support team members and clients on key accounting and tax projects.
  • Assist with additional assignments and responsibilities as required.
