About The Position

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Program Management Co-Op to join its Program Management Excellence team in the Quincy, Massachusetts office for summer 2027. The co-op will gain exposure to the project management cycle and support program planning, execution, documentation, analytics, and review activities.

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited degree program at the BS/MS level or beyond and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. Candidates must be U.S. citizens. Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited degree program at the BS/MS level or beyond.

• Familiarity with key program management concepts and fundamentals.
• Conceptual understanding of risk and opportunity management.
• Understanding of or experience working with Earned Value Management.
• Familiarity with MS Project and Excel.
• Enjoyment of thinking outside the box for creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learn the project management cycle, including execution and review of master project cycles and program plans.
• Assist with developing and executing plans to meet technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitments.
• Assist with process documentation and updates.
• Assist with data analytics and business intelligence dashboard updates.
• Interact with colleagues across Saab, Inc. to develop project management approaches.
• Support program reviews and internal process gate reviews.
